TERMS OF USE (POSTING RULES)

To use the Como Town Team Community Noticeboard you must be 18 years or older and you will only post information, offers, goods or services that are relevant to our local area (6152 and 6151).

In using this Community Noticeboard, you agree to the following:

• You will not break any laws (in particular, Australian Consumer Law)
• You will not post advertisements for the sale, rehoming or giving away of any pets or animals of any description (posts for lost or missing pets accepted)
• You will not post any political (we are absolutely non-political), threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene or indecent material
• You will not use false or misleading information or infringe any third party right
• You will not distribute or send communications that contain spam or viruses that could harm our website or the interests or property of Community Noticeboard users
• You will not harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent

By using this Community Noticeboard, you also understand, acknowledge and agree that:

• We operate the site on an “as is”, “as available” basis, without representations or warranties of any kind
• The content provided on this Noticeboard, is solely third party content which we have not provided nor endorse – we only act as a passive conduit for the advertisement and therefore do NOT under any Click to submit a new post circumstance warrant or guarantee the reliability or accuracy of any of the published advertisements on this Community Noticeboard
• You are solely responsible for making your own inquiries with the publisher directly and for seeking your own independent advice to determine the reliability and accuracy of the information posted
• We will not be responsible for any loss to you that arises from using or taking action from information advertised on this Community Noticeboard

IMPORTANT NOTE
All submissions to the Community Noticeboard will be vetted by an Administrator before the submission is posted to the site. The Administrator reserves the right to refuse to post any materials or information that does not meet with either our Terms of Use or the ‘grandma’ test. The Administrator’s decision not to post a submission is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
